[Oliver thought he had a lot of time to think on the island. Yeah there were people trying to kill him sometimes and it wasn't exactly a vacation but there were still downtimes. He still had time to think over the mistakes of his life, cheating on Laurel with her sister, being a self absorbed ass who never looked beyond his own social status, treating the people around him like there were things and not people.
He thought he'd made his peace with his past, as much as he could, because he was doing something to make it better. Only he's not really doing that here, despite the tagline of space jail, and this last flood feels like a slap in the face.
He's a silent figure as he moves through the motions of the day, going from the breakfast table to the gym, to the library and then lunch, and back to the gym for the afternoon, skips dinner in favor of a shower because he's suddenly not hungry, and then he heads up to the deck for a while. Oliver likes the stars, even if he doesn't recognize any constellation out there, it reminds him of a simpler time. The island was black and white for so long that he's struggling to see the shades of grey.]
